Ju H. Pyun博士为韩国大学商学院的副教授，同时也是该院国际商务系的系主任。Ju H.Pyun博士为多类杂志主编，如Korean Economic Review, International Economic Journal, and Asian Economic Journal。在加入韩国大学之前，Pyu教授博士毕业于University of California, Davis经济系。且曾任职于韩国国际经济政策研究所的研究员。

讲座内容简介：

Does financial development stimulate international portfolio diversification? While financial development helps domestic investors increase their access to foreign markets and diversify investments abroad, it can promote investment within a domestic market by substituting for foreign investment. Our multi-country general equilibrium model of portfolio choice with a simple cost structure helps understand the role of financial development (interacted with financial openness) in explaining the divergence in equity home bias between developed and developing countries: the model identifies the general equilibrium effects of evolving financial development at the same pace and predicts that simultaneous financial development in the world decreases long positions in home equity in developed (more open) financial markets, whereas it increases those in underdeveloped markets.
