Background/志愿背景

Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral development bank with a mission to improve social and economic outcomes in Asia and beyond. Headquartered in Beijing, we commenced operations in January 2016 and have now grown to 84 approved members from around the world focus on investing in sustainable infrastructure and other productive sectors.

AIIB 2018 Annual Meeting will be held in Mumbai this June. To assist office of the Corporate Secretary (Corpsec) in meeting preparation and invitation, we would like to build an advanced volunteer team from universities in Beijing.

亚投行（AIIB）是一家以提高亚洲及其他地区社会和经济出口为使命的多国发展银行。亚投行总部设在北京，其在2016年1月开始经营，现在在已有来自世界各地的84名成员与其他产品部门聚焦于投资可持续的基础设施。

亚投行2018年年会将会于今年6月在孟买举办。为了帮助公司秘书做好开会准备与人员邀请，其需要一支优秀的来自北京各所大学的学生组成的志愿者队伍。

Responsibilities/职责

The volunteers will work under the direct, overall supervision of Corpsec, specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1.Administration of Annual Meeting registration system

2.Preparation of invitation letters

3.Liaison with internal/external parties

4.Research on various issues related to Annual Meeting

5.Collection and analysis of data collected

6.Record and archive of documents

7.Production of Annual Meeting-related documents and collaterals

8.Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

志愿者完全直属公司秘书的管理，明细职责包含但不仅限于：

1.年会登记系统的管理

2.准备邀请函

3.联络内外当事人

4.年会相关问题的研究

5.数据的收集与分析

6.文件的记录与存档

7.年会相关文件和材料的制作

8.完成管理人员分发的任务

Program information/信息

1.Number of Candidates: 5-8

2.Working hours: from middle May to late June

3.Location：AIIB HQ, Beijing

4.Daily allowance: CNY150/person/day

5.Volunteers should be able to participate in the program for its entire duration

6.Please send the CVs (Chinese and English) with photos to [email protected] before 3pm，14th，May.

1.志愿者人数：5-8

2.工作时间：五月中旬至六月下旬（需要全职，具体时间及具体安排报名后由金融学院相关老师进行安排）

3.地点：北京亚投行总部

4.每日福利：150元/人/天，志愿时长录入以具体工作时间为准

5.志愿者应该在整个持续期间内都能够参与本次活动

Skills and Qualifications

/技能与资格

1.Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Beijing (i.e. master’s degree or equivalent), must be at least 21 years of age.

2.Demonstrated interest in issues related to multiculturalism; diversity and inclusion and cooperation.

3.Applicants must have an excellent knowledge of English with advanced written and verbal skills.

4.Excellent organizational and communication skills; attention to detail; and proven ability to meet deadlines

5.Computer literacy with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

6.Previous experience with student union, volunteer association, and strong event organization skills is highly desirable.

1.目前在北京攻读大学学位（即本科学位或同等学历），必须年满21岁

2.对与多元文化有关的问题表现出兴趣

3.申请人必须具备良好的英语知识，具有高级的书面和口语技能

4.优秀的组织和沟通能力;对细节的关注;可靠的在DDL前完成任务的能力

5.熟练掌握微软办公套件的计算机知识

6.有先前在学生会、志愿者协会和大的活动组织技能方面的经验者优先
